The purpose of this paper is to describe the process used to achieve Quality and Environmental Certification for the Kwinana Refinery Residue operations.
The certification process will be described in detail from management's decision to achieve certification through the planning and implementation phases.
Other important concepts discussed are:
- ISO 9000 as a foundation for a Documented Management System for integration and control of all a Company's major activities.
